Washington, D.C. — Today, a U.S. District Judge in New Hampshire granted class-action status to Barbara v. Donald J. Trump, a lawsuit aiming to protect individuals affected by President Trump’s executive order restricting birthright citizenship. The order certifies the class as including only affected babies, although the lawsuit also seeks to protect their parents.
