Mark Fordham
Mark Fordham is the Principal and Owner of Fordham Legal Solutions, PLLC. He focuses on corporate, commercial, and intellectual property transactions. He also devotes time to non-profit boards and pro bono representation in a variety of areas. He was previously Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at Starbucks Coffee Company, responsible for all areas of law in new and existing markets and ventures around the world. He has previously served as President of the Board of Trustees of the Hamlin Robinson School, President of the King County Bar Association, and Vice President of the Washington State China Relations Council, amongst board service to many other non-profits.
Prior to joining Starbucks, Mr. Fordham was an Associate Attorney for Davis Wright Tremaine and judicial clerk to the Honorable William L. Dwyer, U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.
Mr. Fordham received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. with honors in Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Washington. He has been named a "Superlawyer" by Washington Law and Politics.
