Elyssa Goswick, Community Outreach and Data Coordinator

Elyssa Goswick is the Community Outreach and Data Coordinator at Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC, where she strengthens relationships between Advancing Justice | AAJC’s federal policy teams and a national network of over 300 community-based partners serving AANHPI communities. In this role, she supports advocacy, education, and mobilization efforts to advance racial equity and civil rights across key issue areas, while managing databases to strengthen outreach and partner engagement strategies.

Prior to joining Advancing Justice | AAJC, Elyssa served as a Senior Climate Engagement Specialist at a local government-focused climate consulting group, where she led community-based outreach strategies for local government climate action plans across the country. Her work focused on inclusive public engagement and building community capacity to shape equitable, sustainable policy solutions.

Elyssa has also held roles at the Center for American Progress, the U.S. House of Representatives, and several national advocacy organizations, where she focused on digital communications, civic engagement, and coalition building.

She holds a B.A. in International Studies from American University.
