Angel Lin

Angel Lin is the Associate for Technology, Telecommunications, and Media Policy at Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC. She combines policy advocacy and direct service experience to advance the team's work on immigration surveillance, misinformation/disinformation, and algorithmic bias.

Previously, Angel served as the Technology Policy Fellow at the Greenlining Institute, where she advocated for equitable fintech lending practices and responsible AI procurement standards in the state of California. Her community-focused work spans from addressing public health disparities at Santa Clara County's Vietnamese American Service Center to leading Ethnic Studies education for AANHPI youth with APIs Mobilize.

Angel graduated as Valedictorian from Santa Clara University's Class of 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Ethnic Studies.
