Leslie Moe-Kaiser is a brand and reputation management consultant. For 10 years, Leslie helped build State Farm Insurance Company’s coalitions with national Asian American Pacific Islander organizations. Leslie has built upon this experience and over 25 years in business to provide services to individuals and organizations in strategic planning, funding, leadership development, and intercultural competency.

Leslie serves as National President, OCA, Co-Chair of The Center for Asian Pacific American Women, and as Advisory Council member for Asian Americans Advancing Justice |AAJC. She is a 2003 APAWLI Fellow.

She is currently President/Owner, Dynasty Pearls, a pearl and management consultancy.

She holds a PhD in Educational Administration of Higher Education from Illinois State University. Her MPh and MA are in Asian Art History from University of Kansas; her B.B.A. in Accounting from University of Hawaii. She did post-graduate studies at Jochi Daigaku (Sophia University) in Tokyo. Leslie is listed in Who’s Who in the Humanities, 1992-93. She holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and is a USPTA certified tennis pro.
